Loraine Phelps, CEO and Founder of Solutions in Marketing, brings over 15 years' experience as a successful leader in the marketing arena. She is recognized as a visionary providing strong direction and is highlighted by a personal dedication to excellence and empowering others to succeed. The scope of her experience spans virtually all aspects of the media and marketing industry. Tasked with providing leadership through start-up, growth and turnaround situations she repeatedly proved her ability to deliver strong and sustained results.

Loraine began her career in the media industry as a salesperson. Demonstrating initiative from the start, Loraine pioneered sales, account management and customer relationship management techniques that doubled sales through strategic process improvements. Quickly distinguishing herself as a leader, she earned fast-track promotion into management.

Leveraging an ever expanding portfolio of qualifications covering sales, operations and leadership core competencies, Loraine continually demonstrates her flexibility and multitasking abilities to respond to changing market conditions, not just meeting but often surpassing goals and challenges.

A large component of Loraine's success is contributed to her well-rounded lifestyle and background. Loraine demonstrated early in life the skills and strengths that would make her a success in today's business world. As a child growing up on a Hereford cattle ranch in Idaho where her family also grew their own feed she was assigned the tasks of ensuring the survival of the calves, feeding, maintaining proper birthing and immunization records on each animal and warehouse supply management.

Displaying a wide range of interests, Loraine is deeply involved in community service, where she serves in a variety of leadership roles. As an advocate, Loraine's important contributions to a myriad of boards and committees are a testament to her drive and passion for effecting positive change. She most recently graduated from Leadership Las Vegas.

The remarkable and influential relationships Loraine has built over the years have strengthened her solid reputation among her colleagues.
